The rooms are big and have a lot of space, they are in an entire floor, it has some chairs and a big table so you can take food to the room and eat it comfortably. The beds are wide and the staff brings new towels every day. It's very close to stations, and a 45 minutes walk to the main shopping area of Kyoto so it's not really far. The host was very helpful and attentive, gave some information about how to reach quickly some stations and a close laundry shop, since the apartments where we stayed didn't have a laundry.

Good access to what we wanted to see. There was enough space for 4 of us. Each suite is on its own floor.

After 3 weeks of dealing with tablets and automated messages in other hotels, It was a breath of fresh air having such a pleasant person welcoming us, explaining us the check in process and accommodation facilities. The place was very comfortable, I would have loved having a washing machine there, but other than that it was a nice and comfortable place for 4 people. 👌
