The hotel can store up to 5 packages per guest for free. Fees apply for the 6th item onward. Please note that food or any items that require refrigeration cannot be stored.Music is played in the on-site restaurant from Mondays until Saturdays between 19:00-21:30.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Please note that this property cannot accommodate children younger than 13 years old. Adult rates are applicable to children 13 years and older. Location was great. Room was spacious. Staff was so kind, they even offered us an umbrella on our checkout day because we were soaked. :) They provide free drinks. There’s a small but lovely onsen you can enjoy after a long walk. It has a decent smoking area which is quite rare for Japan. Would def stay here again.

Great amenities and facilities, friendly staff, location is amazing being super close to Kyoto station. Free coffee throughout the stay and a daily welcoming drink were really nice. Room was spacious too.

Location very close to Kyoto station. Good value for money. Very nice breakfast and dinner bar. Hotel uses airconditioning only for rooms and breakfast bar and natural ventilation for the corridors and reception, which seems an environmentally friendly solution. Room was quite spacious. And you could use the stairs, in contrast to all the other hotels we used!
