I love the locations. The room was spacious. The floor was a little bit cold but i guess its just me dont know how to use the warmer haha. I love the pyjamas given even for the children. Have space for children to play. My son loves it.

Property was well situated for the ferry port, which is where we are heading. The staff were helpful and the property was clean

Spacious superior family room that allowed us to keep our luggage opened through the trip and still plenty of space for our toddler to roam free without knocking into things. Easy navigation from Kyoto station (about 2 mins walk) with plenty of restaurants and konbini surrounding the property. Staff were great even having our luggage forwarding ready in our room. They also help organise our luggage to our next Tokyo accommodation. The washer and dryer were great, but only had 2 of each. We stayed during peak Sakura and the price was very reasonable even with the additional tax imposed. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
