Immediately felt welcomed. The reception and foyer staff were very good at their jobs. Never were we in two minds of what we should do or where we should be going. The afternoon refreshments, and those of the evening were a great bonus. It’s the first time we’ve enjoyed such luxuries. We also liked the location, five minutes from the train station, and right next door to the clam ramen place (only seats 11 people, so often need to queue). Used the subway to get all over Kyoto.
