The way to the Station is very short and there are many stores near the location. Room space was a bit tight but still good. We mainly used the room for sleeping, showering and short breaks for which it is very nice. The AC was also working very well.

We had a comfortable room with a small kitchenette. It is central with various stations in the vicinity. There is also the best ramen place just around the corner.

Location was great. Very quiet in our room and on the street. Nice kitchen and I loved the bathroom. The toilet and sink were separate from the bathing area. Washing machine and drying area in the bath. Halls and stairwells were very clean. Kitchen and bath looked like they were new.

Hello kitty room was an exceptional experience, my daughter was super happy that she didn’t want to leave the room. The hotel is as clean as can be with all necessary amenities like the washing machine and microwave. The 2 bedroom apartment was also not below par where we stayed one night. Location is just 10 min walk from Kyoto station with lots of restaurants located closeby. Would visit the hotel anytime we visit kyoto again.
