Upon check in, the staff already setting the futon for us, thank you. The location is so near to Arashiyama attractions (Bamboo forest, Tenryuji Tample and Togetsukyo Bridge) by walking distance only. The staff provide a great service and we able to keep our luggage after check out as we went for a sightseeing. For Muslim traveler, the are Halal restaurant near the ryokan.

Everything about the building was gorgeous, the beautiful garden in the center of the building was stunning and matched perfectly with the surrounding areas.
