It's location is amazing as it's nearby Katsura river. We enjoyed using Arishiyama Tsusen North Boarding facility. It is nearby Bamboo walkway. Amazing Public Japanese restaurants are in the vicinity. We liked the atmosphere of the the Japanese style hotel. It was relaxing. We experienced the different way of taking our breakfast. Away from the taste which was not bad, we enjoyed the Japanese custom during the activity of serving the food.

Excellent location, very clean and peaceful Ranzan. Temples, bamboo forest and monkey mountain in walking distance. Easy connections with metro and JR trains

Near the hotel there are beautiful temples, an art museum, a bamboo forest, a kimono forest, Japanese macaques in the forest, a street with souvenirs and delicious food.

full immersion in the Japanese culture with very typical baths, dinner and breakfast. The room was spacey and comfortable and location just perfect.
