I had accidentally left my Samsung tablet and perfume behind after checking out, and the staff at M’s Hotel Sanjo Omiya went above and beyond to help me. From the very beginning, the communication was incredibly kind, patient and professional. The staff carefully located my belongings, coordinated with my next hotel in Nagano, arranged Yamato delivery, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The package arrived safely the very next day and I was honestly amazed by how carefully and professionally everything was packaged. The level of service, honesty and hospitality was truly exceptional. I am extremely grateful for all the help and effort the staff put into resolving this situation for me. This experience genuinely reflects the incredible hospitality Japan is known for. Thank you again to everyone at M’s Hotel Sanjo Omiya for your outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.
