Location is excellent. Close to public transport and attractions. The staff were excellent too. Very helpful and always someone around when I needed someone. The washing/dryer was very convenient. But there were only 2. Thankfully they were free both times we went to use them.

A short walk to the station and within a good walking distance to other Kyoto attractions. Nijo castle was very close by. The street was quiet and the room was clean and had what we needed. A good stay.

Great location, near Nijo Temple, everything is walking distance (to one hour). It has washing machine and dryer and that was very useful.

The property is pretty new, the rooms are very spacious, beds and pillows very comfy, nice bathroom. Easy check in. So close to Nijo Castle and Nijo Station. Relatively close to other stations to go to the Bamboo forest area
