Guests with meal plans must check in by 19:00 to eat dinner at the property. Guests who check in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given.The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in.Please note, from 9 June 2018 until 23 September 2018 dinner is served on the kawadoko. During this period, dinner cannot be served in guest rooms.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Very unique and lovely experience. Meals were delicious, and very different to main areas like Tokyo and Kyoto. Staff were lovely and friendly.

One of the most amazing places we’ve ever stayed. We would come back in a heartbeat. The shuttle picked us up and dropped us off, and the staff were so helpful and lovely from start to finish, even serving us tea in our room to welcome us. The location was like a fairytale, the private onsen was divine and the room itself was gorgeous with comfy futons. The food was absolutely amazing at breakfast and dinner. We hope to come back!!

Absolutely lovely Ryokan. We also enjoyed a trail from Arashiyama bamboo forest to the hotel, it was unimaginably beautiful. 10 out of 10 🙂 TV
