Location location location! Room was good size for Japan! Staff friendly, free coin lockers, great amenities in the bathrooms, rather than having to think of what you might need in reception! Pretty cool to watch the Shinkansen shoot by from our window, with no noise issue which was great!

The location is fantastic, is inside to the mall from the train station, you have everything out from the hotel, restaurants, shops, Starbucks, etc. and the most amazing is, your room is silence you don’t hear all the caos from outside. When I will come back I will stay again in this hotel, it’s amazing
