Very clean, staff very polite and helpful. Close to everything, Kyoto Station less than 2 min walk. Very quiet even though close to hub of the station

Everything. The staff were outstanding the rooms were comfortable, clean and roomy. The restaurant remained open all day (not serving) for the comfort of guests with cold juice, tea and nibbles. Great to come back to after a long day and rest up for half an hour or so. Very close to station and lots of restaurants
