This hotel is very well located being about 5 mins walk from the railway station. The staff are very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean, and was not a bad size by Japanese standards

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Kyoto Station is 4 mins walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. For the price, it offers excellent value—clean, comfortable, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend it.

A wonderful hotel overall. The hotel is very clean, the staff are excellent, and the location is fantastic—close to Kyoto Station and bus stops. There is a designated smoking area at the entrance. The hotel also provides complimentary amenities such as toothbrushes and basic toiletries at the entrance. There is a Lawson convenience store nearby which is very convenient.

Firstly, the staff were very friendly, respectful and helpful. Our room was small, like all Japanese hotel rooms, but comfortable and clean. It was fantastic that we were able to request alternative style pillows. I get a sore neck and upper back from a low, soft pillow but the therapeutic, higher one provided fixed the problem. Also, the complementary coffee and juice in the foyer was a bonus. Finally, the location was spot on, being a 5 minute walk from the station and near lots of restaurants.
