The service at Kyoto Tokyu Hotel is outstanding. I accidentally left some camera equipment in the room, and the staff immediately took action. Thanks to Mr. Maruyama and the housekeeping team, my items were found and safely sent to my next accommodation. Very professional and caring. The location is excellent, and the hotel’s offer for transport to and from the station is outstanding. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful!

The place was amazing! The room size was very big, clean and they had a great free shuttle car to the station that we had used. If we came to kyoto again would definitely try stay here.
