Smoking is not allowed inside the property and guests cannot request smoking rooms.The shuttle service from subway station "Karasumaoike" around No.2 exit operates from 08:20 to 21:40 every 20 minutes and costs of free of charge.When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please contact the property directly for more details.Children aged 0–5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of JPY 1,900 per child/night when breakfast is included in the rate.

the room was very spacious and quiet all the time. the head receptionist was AWESOME!!!! she was bright, super pro and could not help you enough. she worked in UK so she spoke a super good English with a beautiful English accent. you know who you are girl. great job and thank you again very much. fridge was very practical. Close enough to food stores etc. if you don't mind walking a bit then it's close enough to metro which is super easy to use. shower absolute fantastic as many japanese palaces like this one. the free shuttle to the metro station is also very appreciated when one travels by train. air con works well. and you can also open the window for some fresh air.
