Fantastic place to stay in an excellent location just down the road from Nishiki Market. Very close to the train/subway/bus options for exploring Kyoto and the surrounding areas. The staff were lovely and checking in and out was a breeze. Our room was spotless, bigger than we were expecting, and super comfortable.

Fantastic large rooms and bathrooms. Really appreciated in Japan where many hotel rooms are small. Only a few mins walk from Nikisha market and main shopping street, super location!

Staff was super friendly! The welcome drink was amazing and we felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond when I lost my hat and phoned a local taxi company for me as the hat was of sentimental value. Every day when we came back from our trip the staff greeted us and was very pleasant! When we left the staff noticed we had left two kitkats in our fridge and came downstairs to give them to us. They really cared about the small details.
