The overall style of the hotel was excellent. It had authentic Japanese styling with tatami mats and a dividing door in the room. The onsen public bath on site was a really nice bonus and the staff were very accommodating. The hotel itself was very quiet overnight and the bed exceptionally comfortable and in general, the upkeep of the room was excellent. You are provided with a traditional matcha tea set in your room and this is also refilled daily.

The location was incredible the staff where extremely accommodating we booked the twin Hollywood room and it had so much space the beds were extremely comfortable for Japan standard. We loved the moody lighting throughout the whole hotel it was always extremely clean. Loved that they were washing machines dryers and a spa for massages etc. We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% come back definitely think it is good value for the money.
