Location was great. Check in easy. Laundry was great to have. Loved that the Staff were very strict on once your washing was done it has to removed.

Loved everything except cleaning policy. But i can understand that The hotel is very central (for shopping), its cheap, spacious for what you pay (factoring in it being kyoto, NOT osaka) It's right next to a convinence store. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a base to explore Kyoto, this was located right in the centre of things and right next to a subway station so it made looking round the city easy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were fantastic — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The amenities provided added a great touch to the overall experience. Thank you for such a pleasant stay!
