Exceptionally helpful staff and owner. We expected a delivery of Sony notebook to the hotel and where not sure that the transport company would make it by the time we had to leave to the airport. The owner made an impossible - he called the delivery company and rearramged the route and the delivery arrived before 11:00 just when we planned to leave for railway station. It was a real magic. If not for his efforts we would have to reschedule the whole flight back home or arrrange another trip to Japan to pick our parcel.

Atmosphere, owner of the hotel is most kind person that we met in Japan. Rooms are like Ryokan and western room connection, comfortable, very beautifull, our daughter didn’t want to leave room. Bathroom almost like in onsen, we really enjoy it. In the lobby a lot of space for children creativity, free coffee, tea and some product in the fridge. We also use and even bought very nice and comfortable Japanese pyjamas. We recommend this place with All our heart.

Very cosy & welcoming feel at this hotel. The staff here are truly amazing & outstanding: special thanks to Yugo Kim who made efforts to chat with us & made us feel very comfortable & at ease:) Thank you for saving the parking lot for us.
