The unmanned door entry and check-in/check-out process was surprisingly easy to use. No hotel keys required. Very nice Japanese-style room with excellent bathroom. Would definitely stay again if in Kyoto.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Beds and restroom were very clean, with nice heating AC system. It's close to JR station and bus station (both around 5-min walk), and the prices were also very affordable. I would definitely choose this hotel if given another chance to revisit Kyoto.

Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Location was great, close to Nijo Station and restaurants and Lawson/7-11. Room was clean and the 2 single beds were comfy and the kids said the futons were also comfortable.

Good location, easy to get to from Nijo station. Close to many big brand shops and easy to commute to other locations in Kyoto. Able to fit 5 adults with luggage very comfortably. Hotel staff are able to receive our forwarded luggage from Tokyo. There is laundry (need coins to pay) on the second floor as well as a microwave in the same room.
