This hotel exceeded our expectations, the rooms was spacious, view over the river which was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious.

Close to the Kyoto attractions. Walking distance in fact. We were able to park our motorcycles off street. We had been sleeping on Tanami mats. It was great to lie down on a comfortable bed.

Very spacious and comfy rooms and an excellent location for Arashiyama. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a large and tasty Japanese breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel; and it's excellent value for money on top of this.
