Outstanding accommodation, great staff, good location surrounded by plenty of places to eat, drink and explore. Close to Kyoto station for day trips. Super spacious top floor room.

Great concept - shared and private spaces; 5 min walk from Kyoto station. Junior Suite was fantastic and all the amenities and staff were brilliant. The two lounges in the Suite section were a treat and the laundromat came just at the right time in a 3 week holiday. The whole place had a fantastic vibe. THE only place to stay in Kyoto.

The design of the room is impeccable, very comfortable, not exploring the city is an option when staying here. And yet location is perfect, close to the station and easy access to busses.

The corner suite in the hideout was absolutely superb! Nice touch too with the fully stocked room with drinks (alcoholic and non alcoholic) which were all complimentary
