Very clean, good size rooms especially for Japan and a cool novelty of the dino checkin. Great location to the train station

Perfect Hotel is located in front of the train station, it’s super easy to reach all interesting points in Kyoto via train and bus. Room was very clean, comfortable and bigger than Japanese standard. Self check-in with dinosaurs was funny and easy.
