The room was very clean, the shower was great, the location was fantastic. The only downside was that we did not have windows. However, we did not spend much time in the hotel, so it didn't matter that much.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. The bed and pillow is so comfortable like Hilton level, I went into deep sleep everyday. And the masssage shower is another super plus point, I wanted to stay here every night.

There is construction next to the hotel. It is very noisy during weekday. I only stay for the weekend. They have a nice breakfast restaurant across the street.

The location is fantastic with easy access to the subway (a 1 minute walk from the door) and buses. When we arrived, we walked from Kyoto Station to the property in just 20 minutes (with grandma, a 13 year old and an 8 year old). There is plenty of great food within walking distance. It was clean and tidy. The room had everything you could want for a vacation stay, including a cook top, kitchen sink, dishes and utensils, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and microwave. the staff were friendly and helpful. There was one laundry unit near the front desk that was easy and affordable to use (400 yen to wash and 100 yen for 30 minutes of drying). We usually were able to use it without waiting. We stayed for 7 days and it was a really great accommodation. Really fantastic value for the money and we would happily stay here again.
