It’s been a week since we left Kyoto. We stayed for a few days and were truly impressed by how thoughtfully the house was arranged – every detail was carefully considered, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. What touched us most was our host Fiona’s genuine care and involvement in her guests’ experience. I accidentally left my top behind, and Fiona went out of her way to make sure it was returned. She kept in touch for several days, looking for the best way to send it, and eventually mailed it to me. This level of attention, kindness, and hospitality is something we’ll never forget. Thank you so much, Fiona!

Great property, very homely and exceptionally clean. Close proximity to local train station with 7 eleven around the corner. Wonderful host provided suggestions of places to visit.

Lovely traditionally renovated house in residential location. Our host was very kind and able to share useful local information. We loved using the bikes to cycle around the city and along the river path. This was a good way to see the different areas. Really enjoyed our stay.
