The ryokan was very comfortable and well located. The staff were excellent - very friendly and polite. We love the onsen!

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The location is excellent, close to great shops, sightseeing and the trains. I loved all the waterways along the streets and houses.

Great location, lovely Onsen. We had the twin bunk room which was good, it says shared bathroom but it does have a toilet and sink in the room, just bathing is in the onsen which was part of the fun.
