overall facilities very good, laundy room, common area for eating, etc. Also location was perfect, able to go anywhere in Kyoto with the best bus route passing by the hotel

Friendly staff, answered our questions and helped with our special requests. The hotels facilities were great, I enjoyed the free coffee and took a few photos with the kimono jackets in the lobby.
