Location next to train station, you can actually walk underground to access the hotel, staff very friendly, they managed to get us a double bed instead of 2 twin beds as we purchased from the website, easy to check in and check out, room was huge compared to other rooms we had stayed in Japan and amenities were also great

The room was much bigger than other hotels in Japan. It was super clean and the beds and pillows were so comfortable! Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel in the excellent location for us as visitors to the city - easy walk to areas of interest and train station. Lovely high quality amenities and good service - highly recommend !
