Staff are welcoming, Place is private and spacious with excellent views. The resort is simple, it is not luxurious as it looks in the pictures, however it was convenient and comfy. The breakfast is delicious.

Very friendly staff who arranged bday surprise for my girlfriend last min and showed us around. Location is tucked away but very quiet and your balcony oversees the mountains. Where poets and writers used to stay.

The location and the views were great and we liked the design of the hotel. The staff was exceptional, both the receptionists and the waiters were very friendly and welcoming. I only wish they would stop shooing the cat, it leaves such a bad impression. The grey cat is a really wonderful addition to the hotel staff, we absolutely loved him. We were also very grateful for an upgrade of our room. We got a duplex with a spacious terrace and comfy beds. The room was very clean and had many amenities. There was no kettle and although we were ready to order tea from the restaurant the staff kindly provided us with a kettle and some tea bags. The breakfast was nice but I was surprised there was no cereal.

Excellent service: the receptionist was especially polite and professional. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was superb. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Georgia, with many to choose from and in excellent quality. Great room facilities and marvelous views. The outdoor area is really unique and lovingly treated. The hotel is a real Georgian gem. The stunning view, quiet, cozy and classy. The space is organised such that guests didn’t interfere each other. Great breakfast and restaurant itself is very nice. Amazing staff. Highly recommended!
