location is cool, close to airport (around 10 KMs) and taxis or buses can reach frequently. The place is super cool with its unique wonderful view (panoramic almost).. Close to a good supermarket and you do have your own kitchen in the room so cooked 1 time and enjoyed with beautiful view (1 km to the supermarket, walked there on a snowy day and really enjoyed this walk)

The apartment is very nice,located directly at the edge of the fjord The room with the bed is facing the beautiful fjord+mountain,fantastic view from bed with full glass window Can not say anymore than to see self how nice the set-up Aurora can be seen from room. During my stay I did not get full aurora as it was covered with cloud+strong wind You can catch conveniently public bus on the road to city.

“Stay at Puffin”

Location was good - the bus stop is 4 minutes walking away and the bus to center is frequent (it takes around 40 mins). We stayed in the Puffin. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped, we had our breakfast at the hotel.

“Nice apartment, jacuzzi rental”

Beautiful location, the whale apartment has an excellent view through all windows and it's beautiful waking up in the bed with this view. The apartment is well equipped, pretty and clean. It's an expensive but very nice place. We rented the jacuzzi for 1,5h which was pretty expensive. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was so heavily chlorinated that we couldn't turn the bubbles on due to gas development. We are both not particularly sensitive but got really irritated eyes and had to start coughing heavily. We did see the northern lights during the stay in the jacuzzi but had to get out of it and stay in the cold to look at them since you cannot turn the lights off surrounding the jacuzzi. Also at least during winter it's not secure since the railing surrounding the platform are missing. But all in all it was worth it to see the northern lights and get back in and out to warm up.
