Spectacular service by everyone from the front desk- who kindly gave my wife and me a complementary upgrade for her birthday -to the pleasant staff who were helpful throughout the entire stay. The rooms might well be the best of any hotel in the country. Everything from the shower, amenities, couch, and bed was top class. The restaurants (and there are quite a few of them) are ALL fantastic.

The hotel and all staff were outstanding in their customer care. They took care of all our needs, down to the smallest detail. This was truly 5 star service at its finest. Breakfast staff, concierge, butler service, house-keeping - all went above and beyond in attending to our needs.

very trustworthy staff, i ended up forgetting very valuable jewelry in the safety box and the hotel was kind enough to contact me after i left and kept it safe till i was able to come back and collect my valuable items
