Pepper is open from Monday to Saturday for dinner only from 18:00 to 23:00. Dineamation is available at Pepper Restaurant every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00. Garden Café all dining restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The breakfast buffet is available from 06:30 to 11:00 at KD 14 per person. Lunch is available for ordering from the a la carte menu from 13:00 to 15:30. Dinner is available for ordering from the a la carte menu from 19:00 to 23:00. Theme Nights are available at Garden Cafe restaurant every Wednesday, Thursday & Friday at KWD 24 per person. The Lobby Lounge is open daily from 09:00 to 00:00. Mint Cafe is open from 11:00 AM to 00:00 on weekdays and from 10:00 AM to 00:00 on weekends. Talise Spa is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. Talise Fitness Club is open daily from 06:00 to 23:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I had a great stay at the hotel—everything was excellent from the room to the service and overall comfort. However, the check-out process was disappointing. There was only one receptionist handling a long queue, which made the wait unusually slow. This is something I’ve rarely experienced at hotels around the world. Improving this would make the experience truly seamless.

The facilities are more than satisfactory, the place had this beautiful old world classy charm with its enduring and opulent style, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, particularly Mr. Kamal, who went out of his way to see to the booking, he is a fine representative to this establishment
