Friendly greetings, swift response, magnificent seaside views, contemporary luxury & quality room facilities. At the dining area, Nour Assi was an exceptionally delightful hostess & the rest of the staff were helpful too. Mr Naim at the reception desk was very professional and attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable short stay at a wonderful hotel in Kuwait 😊

GM is awesome! Welcomed so positively on arrival from Hilton staff and Starbucks staff. Upgraded without extra charge. View is insane. Has all facilities needed. Breakfast staff very attentive.
