We are birdwatchers and the location of the house is perfect for visiting all the good birdingsites around Kuusamo. And the place itself is also good for looking for waterbirds. The house is very clean, comfortable and cosy..

This is a lovely cozy cabin situation right beside a lake. There was parking right outside the cabin which made getting our luggage into the cabin very easy. The cabin had everything we needed for cooking and also had an amazing sauna which felt sooo good on those very cold nights. The cabin also has a fireplace. The beds are really comfortable. Checking in was simple and our host was very helpful with the necessary instructions. This cabin had strong wifi which allowed us to keep in touch with our online friends.

Lovely wooden cottage pretty much in the middle of the lake. Wonderful location around 10km from Kuusamo. With sauna, fireplace and even a boat that you can use in summer. Must come back at a little bit warmer period and try out all the options next time. Kiitos!
