Great location with parking a short walk away. Great value for Kutchan and beats any other options with your own apartment with mini kitchenette - everything you need for short or even longer stay.

It is close to lots of restaurants, bus and train. Easy access to the resort.

Communication with management was flawless even though I arrived late. Location is very close to station but also with convenient stores, and even few bars in the vicinity. Very good value if you arrive late in Kutchan on the way to Niseko, and bed was good enough to have a decent sleep
