The property will contact the guests within 3 days after booking on instructions about payment. Guests must make the payment via Paypal within 7 days.You must inform the hotel in advance what time you plan to check in. If your check-in time changes, please update the hotel.To use the hotel's free shuttle, call upon arrival at the Welcome Center of Niseko Mountain Resort Gran Hirafu Ski Resort.Bed linen will be changed every 2 days. Towels will not be changed. New towels are available at extra cost.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

the host is helpful and so kind to pick me up from Hirafu Station upon I communicate with them on my itinerary even I arrive late at night, cool and freezing. Willing to share the knowledge how to get to Sapporo and make my travel plan easier.

We really felt at home during our stay, the family that runs Pension New White Bear are so lovely always greeting us with a smile and happy to see us. Breakfasts were delicious and gave us a good start to the day. Location is perfect, with the mountain, convenience stores, food, and bars all within easy walking distance. Special thanks again to the Pension New White Bear family who made our trip very memorable, we will be back soon!

"Excellent location with a bus stop right at the doorstep, offering easy access to the ski resort by bus or even a walkable distance. Affordable prices paired with a hotel that exudes vintage charm, yet its amenities are far from outdated—featuring a smoking room and a dedicated ski gear storage space, making it perfect for long-term stays. If I ever get the chance to visit again, I’ll definitely choose to stay here once more!"

Great location but for paying over £150 a night you’d expect better facilities. No lamp in room, shared showers two floors down and were told you could only shower from 7-9 in the morning and not in the evening as that was just for onsen. Family were very friendly and helpful. Very much no frills accommodation but with a high price
