Late check-in is possible until 21:00 at an additional charge upon prior request. Please inform the hostel in advance if guests arrive at the property after 20:00. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show.For transportation to Niseko Hanazono Ski Field or Mount Yotei, please inform the hotel at check-in.For the free shuttle from JR Kutchan Train Station, please request at time of booking.The shuttle service operates in winter on the following schedule:
Hotel to Grand Hirafu Ski Resort: 8am and 9am twice per day.The shuttle service operates in summer on the following schedule:
Hotel to Mt. Yotei and Niseko Annupuri : from 3.30am to 7am.Please note that the property has separate dormitory room for men and women.

Ryo is an amazing host. He provides a drop off service to Hirafu in the morning and has lots of great recommendations for the area. He keeps the hostel clean and the hostel vibe is super chill and friendly. Absolutely enjoyed my stay and had a lovely time. It's not too far from Kutchan station and there is a coop supermarket nearby.

Ryo was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and well maintained. I had a wonderful stay and definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Ryo, I've already returned to my workplace in Korea, but I already find myself missing Kutchan. I hope to see you again next winter.

The service was very nice. Very heavy suitcases was helped to carry. Everything was very sanitary, pretty and cute. The shower and toilet is public but utterly sanitary.
