The property offers a free shuttle between accommodation and Hirafu Village from December to March. Guest services such as airport transfer can be arranged (subject to availability). Please contact the property directly at least 14 days prior to arrival. Front desk operation hours from December to March is 08:00-21:00, while from April to November is 09:00-17:00. Please note that check-in time varies between seasons. Check-in time is 15:00 - 21:00 in December - March, 15:00 - 17:00 in April till NovemberPlease inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Love the surrounding area, location and also the size of the chalet. Simple and easy access overall and contains most of what you need.
