Indeed, this is the Perfect place to stay when staying at Kutaisi - smooth check-in experience with a code/keybox, fantastic communication with the host prior arrival, great location, in the very city center, close to everything, well-maintained apartment with everything you need, highly recommend the place, thank you for the great stay!

The location is very good - close to many bars and restaurants, as well as the city centre. Good value for money. The host was very pleasant and helpful.
