This hotel is within walking distance of the city center and sits near the highest point of the town, offering beautiful views from its lovely rooftop. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also an excellent starting point for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

Nice views, balcony, parking, bidet, clean rooms, overall all was good. When the area was out of electricity, the hotel operated well (maybe in generators?) so kudos for that

10 mn walk from the center, at the 9th floor of a building, the hotel is convenient, comfortable fish large & fresh rooms. Beds & shower are excellent. Large restaurant with a nice view, fresh products for breakfast. Parking is easy & free in front of the hotel.

Very stylish hotel with funky designs, we had an immaculate 9th floor room with balcony and nice view of Kutaisi. The reception staff was pleasant. The breakfast room also had great views and the gentleman working there was very understanding when my child wasn't feeling well. The hotel also had free car parking included. We could walk to the city centre within minutes. Overall, would really recommend for a lovely and good value for money stay in Kutaisi.
