Fantastic stay! You have your own little space and the hosts were so lovely and welcoming! Has a little cooking area + good spot in the city.

The place is cheap andokay - the beds are fine, the toilet and shower are separate (which is a plus!) and the location is not far out. If you are only there for sleeping and do not plan on spending time in your room, it is an okay place.

Cosy geuset house with an atmosphere like visiting grandparents garden house. Lovley plants surrounding terrace where you can seat and drink tea. Very clean and Cosy. There is well equipped kitchen, laundry cost only 5 gel, there is bathroom, we got also fresh towels, there are comfortable beds and it is not far from the city center- 20 min walk. Near by is a shop 24/7 <they have good cakes>. It is located on the side street so it was also safe to park a car there.

it is the wonderful classical intellegent kutaisi's house with the history. the garden and house is a part of georgian culture. and location close to the railwaystation is very comfortable.
