Vladi is an awesome host. Location is absolute 10/10. Tucked in a quiet little street in the middle of the city and everything is close for whatever any traveller would need. Vladi also makes the greatest suggestions on where to go eat local etc. All the places he suggested during our stay are all bangers to say the least.

Very charming small hotel in the centre of Kutaisi. We had a great time here. Vladi was always available and willing to help us with anything. I liked that he was very flexible in terms of check-in and check-out! The room was functional, not too big, but perfect for a few days stay. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the bed was adequate and comfortable. Our room window overlooked the river next door. At night we left the window open and fell asleep to the sound of the river. It was great, we slept deeply and well! Great value for money, we will definitely return next time we are in Kutaisi!
