I usually look for nothing more than a clean place to stay, but this family owned hotel in Kutaisi completely changed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests in someone’s home while still having privacy. You can tell the owners are incredibly passionate about what they do, they are always smiling and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The location is perfect, offering stunning views over Kutaisi, and having a place to park was a huge plus. Our room was nice, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed. We also looked forward to the amazing breakfast every single morning, and their wine is absolutely delicious! We were honestly sad to leave. If you’re visiting Kutaisi, stay here. It’s rare to find a place with such heart and soul. Thank you for such a great and friendly experience :)

We stayed here for one night and it was a perfect choice for travelers who visited Kutaisi for one day. The location is very close to the main attractions, and city center. The staff is very polite and welcoming, and they speak both English and Russian, which was very helpful. The rooms are simple and mainly suitable for sleeping, but they are very clean and comfortable. Everything was neat and well maintained. The breakfast is served and has a good selection to start the day. The place is absolutely great value for money.
