Relatively new family run guest house with standard facilities but the best panorama and unbelievable low price and genuine hospitality has earned the highest rating . The main attraction is the most adorable young cat who gives you the maximum attention.She is even used to caring about old grandpa. They have around 40 m.open veranda were one can see the lights of entire Kutaisi.The local inexpensive wine will accompany you to enjoy,relax and appreciate this historical city.

Hosts were very welcoming. Rooms are very comfy and bathroom clean. The view from the terrace is beautiful! Amazing experience for my first time in Kutaisi and for sure I will come back to them in the future
