I love this place not to big, not to small, is complete, the breakfast is good, i booked for 2 rooms, and unfortunately i have the room who is old meanwhile my kids room (the other room) is already renovated. The Hotel side should be concerned about the animals who come to the room. I’ve got a lot of mosquitoes, the small bugs, cockroach, in each day is always something new animal coming to the room and i’ve not open at all the balcony anyway, I stay in room number 102.

We arrived tired after 17 hours of flying and it was lovely that the receptionist was so friendly at check-in & we were offered a refreshing drink. All very welcome as our taxi driver was 15 minutes late at Bali International Airport. The room was clean and spacious, I would have preferred a glass shower screen in the bathroom, a nylon one seems so out of date nowadays but plenty of hot water and everything worked in the bathroom. We had a delicious dinner at the Hotel restaurant and it was wonderful that a very friendly & outgoing waitress saw that we were a bit tired so she suggested a shared local platter which meant we didn't even have to look at the menu! She was so nice & helpful, we look forward to seeing her again the night before we leave Bali. Breakfast was simple but offered enough choices, our favourite waitress was on duty again and looked after us. The Hotel has a good sized pool and a fabulous garden. We are very happy to be returning for another night shortly.

The Rama is very affordable with a lovely spa. Great location close to airport if you want a place to check in to on your last day in Bali.
