Breakfast was great and friendly staff Location was excellent to get anywhere We caught a taxis and the driver Yogi was excellent and found getting around easy even with heavy traffic

The pool is huge, you won’t have any lack of facilities. Staff are great. Location is spot on if you want to be in the heart of Kuta. Room cleaning is immaculate, the staff in charge of that area take a lot of pride in their work Has a gym and cold plunge + sauna (female and male seperated)

Breakfast was fantastic, as were the pools! The staff were so friendly and helpful and our son loved the kids club that he begged to go there everyday!

We loved the staff and the facilities. Amazing for our family and our 3 year old, the staff were all so welcoming and went above and beyond. We loved how the hotel had literally everything we needed, we didn’t have to leave some days, amazing!
