The breakfast was terrific, lots of choice and very fresh. The hotel was like a hidden gem amongst the rough.

If you want to be in the thick of everything, then this is for you. Probaby my mistake booking here, I thought the area might be good for a couple of days, but in hindsight would rather be a little further out. Staff were really lovely & couldn't of been more helpful, just wasn't the place for us.

Access to the hotel is a bit congested as very narrow lane fir cars and taxis. Otherwise hotel and facilities are good

The staff were friendly and welcoming. Every single one that we encountered would always smile and greet us and chat with us. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good mix of local and continental. The egg station was very good, and there was an instant noodles station as well.

Good location and staff are nice, and the couple spa package are worth it included the massage, foot bath, body scrub and facial for only 1,100,000 rupiah

Loved the staff. They were so attentive and always available to help. Pool was great. Breakfast buffet was good with many options. The rooftop was beautiful with some good food options.

We enjoyed our stay, staff were very nice and helpful, especially the on duty front office manager "Parta", thank you for your hospitality 🙏 The pool was fantastic, and breakfast was absolutely delicious😋. Definitely will return and would recommend it. ♥️♥️😍😍

The breakfast was amazing. There were plenty of options. The staff were so lovely throughout the hotel, the coffee was Devine, the beds and those pillows were just beautiful to sleep on.
