On arrival I got an incredibly warm welcome from Agung and Samuel. They explained everything I needed, helped me with my luggage and pleasantly surprised me with a 10 minutes free massage voucher for the spa on-site and free welcome drink voucher. Early on I was already convinced they care about their guests. The room had air con, a small fridge with mini bar items and everything was beautifully spotless clean. Bed and pillows were really comfortable, and I got a good night of sleep. Pool area was also really nice to relax. There’s a restaurant connected to the property where they serve breakfast for 150K and had some different options for lunch/dinner - convenient for the days you don’t want to head out. The property is walking distance to the beach, mall, other restaurants, marts etc. On check out day one of their staff (Saluhan?) asked me if there was any way they could improve. I didn’t have any complaints. A business asking for feedback from the guests makes me think they’re genuinely concerned about the guests level of satisfaction. Will definitely come visit again in the future!

This hotel was a great find! Easy location to walk around Kuta. Close to shops and restaurants yet a little peaceful haven down the lane way. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, we so appreciated the slightly earlier check-in. Upon check-in out they found my husband had left something behind and quickly got us back. I would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
