It was amazing. 8 adults + 4 grandkids...just stunning. Breakfast amazing, Papa's Cafe attached was perfect. 2 swimming pools very accomodating. The entire staff, were amazing, nothing was too difficult. Rooms were beautiful. Absolutely sensational. Everything spotless, was awesome having the pools mid-way in the resort, was stunning, lots of trees, plants, etc, was quiet, but also extremely safe. We were away from the main road. Office staff were able to help with getting transport. One of our kids got really sick, and we had to get a dr, (admin staff organised this for us) this was amazing, a nurse came as well, she stayed after dr left, they gave our daughter a drip, medicines etc. Great location is across the road from the beach, but def in walking distance to lots of markets, eating places, some karaoke (so much fun), lots for kids to be part of. Our 4 yr old came back saying: it's ok darling...was a huge shopping centre and so many different eating places very very close by. We did get buses etc to go out and about, the Bali Zoo is one of the best we have ever been to, the elephant ride was such a highlight, and the splash play at the end of the day was so brilliant. Staff ALL amazing, amazing...cannot recommend highly enough. Perfect.

The location was good,, we were able to walk to most places. Even though it was in a busy area, it was quiet. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
