The room was nice and clean. Santai Retreat was really close to the center of Kuta, we could walk there in a couple of minutes, and close to all the amenities you may need. Breakfast was really good. It was definitely a good quality price ratio.

I had a broken shower hose - reported it to the staff (they are always around) and it got fixed in less than 10 minutes. Things can always Happen it is about how to handle them. 10/10

Close to Kuta town, yummy breakfast, staff very nice to deal with, comfortable room and great for the price we paid.

Easy check-in, helpful staff, good location if you dont mind a 5 minute walk to town. Quiet, and more peaceful than some of the hostels or stays closer to town.
