Great view of Lake Akan from our accommodation! Superb meals!

The lobby / lounge is probably the only good thing within the facility. The view to lake Akan is great, but you can get this from other hotels nearby at cheaper cost. The breakfast and dinner are not bad but coming from Kiki Shiretoko Resort, this was a massive let down. The only thing we love above their restaurant is the rice dispenser and the female staffs. The female staffs are awesome. The male staffs need a lot of improvement especially the ones at the front. The room requires change. You can smell something hasn’t quite dried up from the carpet. You can smell dust which made me sick. The decor is very dated. The bathroom is so tiny. The pyjamas is the worst in the 5 accommodations we’ve been on this trip. It’s made of cheap poly material.
